La planificación estratégica en las instituciones de educación superior

Resumen

La planificación estratégica como momento de todo proceso de gestión, constituye una herramienta fundamental para el desarrollo de cualquier institución. Las organizaciones que visualizan un cambio permanente de su gestión, garantizan un salto cuantitativo y cualitativo ascendente de manera constante, en tal sentido, la planificación estratégica es un proceso fundamental de gestión institucional que contribuye con la organización y determinación de su propósito.

ABSTRACT

Strategic planning as a moment of any management process constitutes a fundamental tool for the development of any institution. The organizations that visualize a permanent change of their management, guarantee a permanent quantitative and qualitative leap, in that sense, strategic planning is a fundamental process of institutional management that contributes in the organization and determination of this purpose.
